Fishing
You need a fishing permit. Sources disagree on which body issues it, so check before you go.
Who issues permits
- The lake is listed by the National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) as "Acumularea Surduc".
- Some fishing sites say the permit comes from AJVPS Timiș, the county anglers' association.
The correct authority and a link to the permit will be published here. To be confirmed
Rules
- One fishing site gives a maximum of 4 rods per person. To be confirmed
- Follow the closed season and minimum sizes set each year by ANPA.
- Do not leave line, hooks or packaging on the shore.
Poaching
If you see illegal fishing happening, call 112. For anything else, send a report.
Where to fish
Anglers often choose the quieter, wooded shores. The last stretch of road to them is dirt and hard after rain. Confirmed spots will appear on the map.
